Pricing & policies

A refundable deposit is required for each rental. The amount is shown when you book and is held until the vehicle is returned in good condition with a full tank (or as agreed). Deposits are returned within 5–7 working days after the rental ends.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank. Please return the vehicle with a full tank. If you return with less fuel, we will charge for the missing fuel plus an administrative fee.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of one day's rental. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Late returns of more than 1 hour may be charged an extra day. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental so we can check availability and adjust your booking.

Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. An international driving permit may be required for non-Gambian licences. We may ask for ID and licence details when you collect the vehicle.

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance as required by law. Optional excess reduction or additional cover may be offered at the time of booking. Your personal belongings are not covered; we recommend your own travel insurance.
