1. Agreement

By using our website and booking a vehicle, you agree to these terms and to our pricing and policies (deposit, fuel, cancellation, insurance).

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. You must provide accurate driver and contact details. We may cancel a booking if we cannot verify your details or if the vehicle becomes unavailable.

3. Payment

Payment terms depend on the method chosen at booking (card, mobile money, or pay on arrival). Deposits are separate and refundable as per our pricing policy. Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in cancellation and recovery action.

4. Use of vehicle

You must use the vehicle in accordance with Gambian law, only for the drivers named on the booking, and not for commercial use unless agreed. Smoking and pets may be restricted; check at booking.

5. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to your belongings, delays beyond our control, or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the rental charges paid for the booking in question.
